M2cuci Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Rules

1Member Eligibility

The m2cuci platform is a digital entertainment service open exclusively to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• A Malaysian citizen or valid permanent resident who is physically located in Malaysia at the time of using the platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• Not currently serving an active self-exclusion period from m2cuci or any related platform.
• Not designated as a guardian, representative, or acting on behalf of another ineligible party.

2Registration & Account

When registering a m2cuci account, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at any one time. Registering multiple accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any remaining balances.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your password and account login details confidential.
• Notify m2cuci immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Ensuring that all information in your account profile is kept current and accurate at all times.
• Not sharing your account with anyone else, including family members.

M2cuci will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a member's failure to safeguard their login credentials.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on m2cuci are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Our platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow (real-time bank-to-bank transfer)
• FPX – Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and all major Malaysian banks
• GrabPay
• Boost
• ShopeePay

Transaction limits and conditions are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM 10 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per request.
• Deposits are credited to your m2cuci account within minutes after payment is confirmed.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes for e-wallet methods and 30 minutes to 2 hours for bank transfers, depending on the receiving bank's processing time.
• M2cuci does not charge any transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals.

4Bonus & Promotions

M2cuci offers a variety of bonuses to registered members, including a welcome bonus for new members, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and special promotions tied to Malaysian celebrations such as Hari Raya and Hari Merdeka. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus carries its own wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are only valid for use within the period specified in each offer. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• One user, one phone number, one payment method, and one device is eligible to receive a bonus only once unless otherwise stated.
• M2cuci reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including hedge betting across both sides using multiple accounts — will result in bonus cancellation and potential account closure.

5Game Rules

M2cuci offers a wide range of game categories including slots, Live Casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), table games, digital lottery, and progressive jackpots. The following rules apply to all game types on the platform:

• All games use an independently audited and certified RNG (Random Number Generator) system to ensure truly random and fair outcomes.
• Game results that have been confirmed by the system are final and cannot be disputed, except in cases of a clear technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical disruption or disconnection during an active game, m2cuci will settle the bet based on the system records on file. This decision is final.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any tools that assist in making game decisions automatically is strictly prohibited.
• M2cuci reserves the right to void any bet or game session suspected of involving fraud, manipulation, or collusion between players.

The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slots and RNG game is available for review within the respective game information section. RTP values are long-term estimates and are not a guarantee of returns for any individual session.

6Sports Betting & In-Play

The m2cuci Sports Betting section covers more than 50 sports, including football (EPL, La Liga, Malaysia Super League), badminton, cricket, tennis, basketball, and esports. The specific rules for Sports Betting are as follows:

• All bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system are final and cannot be cancelled by members, except in cases specified under the relevant cancellation policy.
• The odds displayed are the current odds at the time the bet is placed. Any odds changes after a bet has been confirmed will not affect that existing bet.
• For in-play betting, m2cuci reserves the right to suspend a market at any time during a match if an event occurs that requires the odds to be reviewed.
• If a match is suspended or delayed by more than 24 hours from its scheduled time, all active bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned to the member's account.
• The Cash Out feature is available for selected bets. The Cash Out value is calculated automatically based on current odds, not the original stake. The decision to Cash Out is final and cannot be reversed.
• Parlay (combination) bets covering two or more matches — if one of those matches is cancelled — will be recalculated based on the remaining number of selections.

7Security & Data Privacy

M2cuci is committed to protecting the privacy and data security of all its members. All personal information collected during registration and platform use is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption and stored in a secure server environment.

Your personal information is used solely for the following purposes:

• Member identity and eligibility verification (KYC).
• Processing of deposit and withdrawal transactions.
• Platform service delivery and customer support.
• Compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Sending account-related communications, promotions, and platform updates (with your consent).

8Account Suspension & Closure

M2cuci reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Confirmation that a member has provided false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Registering multiple accounts under the same individual.
• Suspected or proven involvement in fraud, money laundering, the use of bots, or game manipulation.
• Violating any term set out in this Terms & Conditions document.
• Requests from legitimate legal authorities.
• Members found to be under 18 years of age.

Members may also request a voluntary account closure or self-exclusion at any time by contacting the m2cuci support team via email at support@m2cuci.biz. Any valid balance will be returned within 7 business days after the verification process is complete, except in cases of closure due to fraudulent activity.

9Liability Limits

M2cuci provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no specific guarantees regarding continuous availability or the absence of technical disruptions. To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• M2cuci is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of this platform.
• M2cuci is not responsible for any gambling or betting decisions made by members. The decision to place any wager is entirely the member's own responsibility.
• M2cuci is not liable for any losses arising from internet connectivity failures, technical issues on the member's device, or third-party problems beyond m2cuci's control.
• The maximum liability of m2cuci to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the date of the claim.

10Amendments to Terms & Conditions

M2cuci reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the m2cuci platform after any changes take effect will be considered as acceptance of the updated terms by the member. If you do not agree with any changes, you have the right to close your account before those changes come into effect.
